		<description>This doesn’t work on Win 7. I have no Local Group Policy editor. I typed in the gpedit.msc &amp; it wasn’t there. I also searched throughout my entire computer – no luck. I found services, but no policy editor. I could turn on or off the winUpdates, but no choices were given to be able to mess with the shutdown option.</description>
